Terms of Service
Last updated: [DATE]
These terms govern your use of Portfolio Booster (“the Service”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ADDRESS]. By creating an account you agree to them.
What the Service does
Portfolio Booster creates software projects and commits them to the GitHub account you connect. You authorise this access through GitHub's OAuth consent screen and may revoke it at any time from your GitHub settings, which immediately ends our ability to act on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
- You must own, or be authorised to use, the GitHub account you connect.
- You are responsible for what appears on your GitHub account, including content we generate at your request.
- You must not use the Service in a way that breaches GitHub's Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policies.
Plans and billing
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. The single-project plan is a one-time charge granting one project. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are taken. [STATE YOUR REFUND POLICY — for example: we refund unused subscription periods within 14 days of purchase on request.]
Availability
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice before discontinuing a paid feature.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
